Order Not Received — Next Steps

Daniel

Still waiting on your order? We get it — the wait is the worst part. Let's figure out where it is, step by step.

Step 1: Check your tracking

Find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email and look up the current status on your carrier's site — usps.com, ups.com, or track.amazon.com (Amazon Delivery).

Status What it means
In Transit Moving — no action needed
Out for Delivery Arriving today
Awaiting Pickup Held at a carrier location near you — go grab it with your ID
Delivery Exception Carrier hit a snag — check for a notice at your door
Delivered (but not in hand) See our guide below ↓

Step 2: Give it a couple more days

If tracking shows your order still moving, allow 2–3 extra business days before reaching out. Carrier delays are common, especially during peak seasons or rough weather. → Shipping During Peak Seasons

Step 3: Check around

Packages sometimes land with a neighbor, at a front desk, or in a shared mail area. A quick look around often solves the mystery.

Step 4: Reach out to us

If your order still hasn't arrived 7 business days past your expected delivery date, we're here to help. Get in touch with your order number and we'll sort it out.
