Ugh — there are few things more frustrating than tracking that says "delivered" when your package is nowhere in sight. Take a breath; in most cases it turns up within a day. Here's how to track it down, step by step.
Step 1: Have a good look around
Carriers often tuck packages out of sight to keep them safe. Check:
- Your porch, mailbox, garage, and side door
- Behind planters, furniture, or anywhere shaded
- With neighbors — packages sometimes land at the wrong door
- If you're in an apartment or office building, your front desk, concierge, or mailroom — packages are often signed for and held there
Step 2: Give it 24 hours
This one surprises people: USPS, UPS, and Amazon Delivery sometimes scan a package as "Delivered" while it's still on the truck for delivery the next day. Wait one full day before taking further steps — it often shows up.
Step 3: Contact the carrier
Still missing after 24 hours? Reach out to the carrier that delivered it — USPS, UPS, or Amazon Delivery (track.amazon.com). Have your tracking number and ID ready. They can pull up GPS delivery data and the exact scan location, and open a missing package inquiry for you.
💡 If they open an inquiry, grab the case number — it speeds up our side of things a lot.
Why start with the carrier? Once a package leaves our warehouse, the carrier's delivery confirmation is the official record of where it went — so they're the ones who can actually trace it. For orders over $100, a signature may also be required at delivery, which adds another layer of tracking.
Step 4: Reach out to us

Have these handy:
