Two tablespoons a day. That's it.
No complicated stacks, no measuring cups, no "optimal bioavailability windows." Just a smooth spoon — with a meal, once a day to start — and you're done.
For adults
2 tablespoons (approx. 30ml), 1–3 times daily — with or after a meal.
Most customers start with once a day and find that's all they need. Some add a second spoon later in the day if it feels right. Listen to your body.
Starting out? Begin slow.
If you're new to sea moss, your body might need a little time to adjust to the minerals. We recommend:
- Week 1–2: 1 tablespoon once a day
- Week 3 onwards: increase to 2 tablespoons, once or up to 3 times daily
No rush. A small daily ritual done consistently beats a big dose done sporadically.
How to fit it into your day
The best time is whenever it sticks. A few ideas from real customers:
| Moment | How they take it |
|---|---|
| Before the morning commute | Blended into a smoothie |
| Breakfast | Stirred into oatmeal or yogurt |
| After lunch | Straight from the spoon |
| Afternoon slump | Mixed into cold water or juice |
| Evening wind-down | Stirred into herbal tea |
Why not on an empty stomach?
Sea moss is rich in minerals — taking it alone can cause mild stomach discomfort for some people (bloating, mild nausea). Food buffers the minerals and helps your body absorb fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) more effectively.
A small snack beforehand is enough. Even a few crackers or a spoon of yogurt makes a difference.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing to stress about. Sea moss works through consistent daily use over time — missing one day won't undo anything. Just pick it back up the next morning.
For children (ages 3 and up)
1 tablespoon daily — half the adult serving.
Easy ways to give it to kids:
- Blended into a fruit smoothie 🥤
- Stirred into yogurt or oatmeal
- Mixed into juice — most kids can't taste it at all
⚠️ Children can be more sensitive to iodine and other minerals. We recommend checking with your pediatrician before starting, especially if your child has a medical condition or takes medication. Not recommended for children under 3.
Pregnant or breastfeeding?
Sea moss has a long history of use during pregnancy, but iodine needs change during this time. We always recommend checking with your OB/GYN or midwife before starting or continuing.
Can I take too much?
Sea moss is a natural food supplement — not something you megadose. Stick to the suggested serving. If you have a thyroid condition or take thyroid medication, check with your healthcare provider first — sea moss naturally contains iodine, and your needs may differ.
📝 Sea moss is a natural dietary supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. Consult your healthcare provider if you have specific health concerns.
